TechnoDigm™ PTV200 Pinch Tube Valve

The PTV200 Pinch Tube Dispensing Valve is engineered for effortless and feasible control of low to medium viscosity liquids. This enables the valve to be easy to use, implement and provide reasonably accurate and repeatable dispense volumes. The valve’s disposable fluid path carries materials from the reservoir to the dispensing tip. Fluids are sealed within the fluid path, preventing contact with the valve’s inner components and ensuring a contaminate-free dispensing process. The valve incorporates a disposable pinch tube (serves as a fluid path) which is easily changed and replaced. Furthermore, as there is no direct contact of materials with the valve, PTV200 is suitable for fast curing adhesives, epoxies, CA, and 2-part materials.
