• Preliminary Preparations:
  • Two-component glue requires a two-component spray gun; one-component can be brushed or sprayed.
  • Material surface must be free of oil stains, dust, impurities.
  • Ensure working site is well ventilated.
• Spraying Tips:
  • Spray effect should be linear mist; move spray gun smoothly.
  • Nozzle-surface angle: ~45 degrees.
  • Nozzle-surface distance: ~0.2 meters.
  • Double-sided spraying.
• Bonding Requirements: Attach within 0-6 minutes after spraying; apply uniform pressure after bonding.
• Precautions:
  • Contact technical department for special chemical reactions.
  • Only deionized water can be added to the glue.
  • Apply in a ventilated environment.
  • Avoid construction below 5°C or above 90% humidity.
