• The optimal construction environment of the sealant should be constructed in a clean environment with temperature at 4°C to 40°C and relative humidity between 40% and 80%.
• In order not to affect the bonding effect, all surfaces are recommended for degreasing and decontamination and are ensured clean and dry. Suitable solvents include isopropanol, acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.
• Apply the sealant to the pretreated surface and quickly cover the other side to be bonded.
• When exposed to moisture at the condition of room temperature and 50% relative humidity, the sealant crusts on the surface within 10 to 20 minutes. Apply a tool to scrape off excess sealant before the surface is crusted, and you will use a spatula to easily hang the cured surface.
